    Approximately 40 years after the KC-10 Extender took to the skies for the first time, a KC-10 from the 305th Air Mobility Wing at Joint Base McGuire-Dix-Lakehurst, New Jersey, was retired and arrived at the 309th Aerospace Maintenance and Regeneration Group July 13 for storage.
