75 SFS Purple Heart presentation
Senior Airman Justin Dunlevy, and Airman 1st Class Noah Karns, both 75th Security Forces Squadron, were honored by family, friends and fellow 75th SFS defenders during a Purple Heart presentation ceremony June 24, 2024, at Memorial Park, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Dunlevy and Karns were presented the Purple Heart for their distinguished actions during a deployment to Al-Asad Air Base, Iraq, which was attacked Jan. 20 with multiple ballistic missiles and rockets launched by militants targeting the air base.
