Crews will be milling and paving Balmer Avenue west of the South Gate Avenue pop-up barriers to 6th St. from Oct. 12-14 and Oct. 17-18 at Hill Air Force Base. Portions of the road will be closed periodically throughout the construction dates, with maintenance occurring on the north half of the road one day and the south half the other. A flagger will be present in front and behind the crews to allow one-way traffic for vehicles that need to access buildings or parking lots during these construction periods.
