New solar array added to Hill AFB power grid
(Left to right) Nickolas King, base energy manager, Harry Briesmaster, 75th Civil Engineer Group director, Col. Jon Eberlan, 75th Air Base Wing commander, and Steven Spanbauer, senior vice president of the Federal Business Unit at Energy Systems Group, cut the ribbon June 27, 2019, during a ceremony at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, announcing the completion of the new ground-mounted solar array. The array was installed through an energy savings performance contract, which means there is no upfront cost to the government. (U.S. Air Force photo by Cynthia Griggs)
