DAU grand opening
Defense Acquisition University held a grand opening ceremony Dec. 4, 2018, at its new location in the Falcon Hill complex at Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Cutting the ribbon are Col. Gabriel Lopez, 75th Mission Support Group commander, Kevin Carman, DAU West Region dean, and Jude Gronenthal, DAU West Region director. The new location will nearly double student capacity to 126 with four classrooms from its previous location. DAU is a corporate university of the Department of Defense offering acquisition, technology, and logistics training to military and federal civilians. (U.S. Air Force photo by Cynthia Griggs)
