Functional Training Area
The functional training room previously located in a special area called The Bubble is now located inside the Hess Fitness Center. A ribbon cutting ceremony will be held on March 27 at 11 a.m. The new area houses rowing machines, spin bikes,TRX suspension training equipment, an Alpha Warrior obstacle course, weights, and other CrossFit equipment.
