Hill Airmen march in honor of fallen OSI agent
A display honoring Special Agent Ryan Balmer stands at the starting line of the Hill Air Force Base Office of Special Investigation’s 9th Annual Ruck March, June 17, 2016. The event honored Special Agent Ryan Balmer who was killed in action by an improvised-explosive device near Kirkuk Regional Air Base, Iraq, June 5, 2007. Balmer was posthumously awarded the Bronze Star, the Combat Action Medal, the Iraq Campaign Medal, and the Air Force Commendation Medal.
