U.S Air Force Senior Airman Ryan Pavlik, 388th Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, prepares the F-16 Fighter Falcon for the Load Crew of the Year (LCOY) competition on Dec.17, 2010 on Hill Air Force Base, Utah.
