Wingman Award
Hill Air Force Base presented Brian Garrett, Chairman of the Top of Utah Military Affairs Committee, with a Wingman Award Sept. 7, 2012. The Wingman Award is an honor given annually to people in the community whose actions are consistently above and beyond in support of the installation.
