Federal employees health benefits open season

The Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) Open Season will run Nov. 14-Dec. 12.

Health insurance representatives will hold a Health Fair at the Warrior Fitness Center from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Nov. 8-10 and again Dec. 6-8.

Information regarding FEHB, Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP), and the Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS), along with 2017 premiums will be available at the Health Fair and on the Office of Personnel Management website.
   
Open season will provide employees the opportunity to: a.) Enroll in a flexible spending account: b.) Enroll in, change, or cancel an existing enrollment in a dental or vision plan under the FEDVIP; and c) Enroll in, change, or cancel an existing enrollment in a health plan under the FEHB.

Employees may make open season enrollments, or changes at the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) web application via AFPC Secure at https://mypers.af.mil under the access Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) transactions tab.
