Military Retiree Appreciation Day scheduled for Sept. 16

HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah --  The 30th Annual Hill AFB Military Retiree Appreciation Day will be held from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. Sept. 16 at The Landing.

The latest information regarding military retiree benefits and activities will be available from more than dozen different information booths.

A few of the participants will include Defense Finance and Accounting Service, Social Security, the Veterans Administration as well as the 75th Medical Group and 75th Mission Support Group.

Flu and pneumonia vaccines will also be available.

The guest speaker will be Leroy Bussells, Assistant Director for Retiree and Veteran Affairs with the Association of the U.S Army.
