Health reps at fair, Nov. 12, 13, 14

Health insurance representatives will be at the Warrior Fitness Center, Building 533, from 8:30 a.m. to 4 p.m., Nov. 12, 13 and 14 and Dec. 3, 4 and 5.

Brochures and information on 2014 premiums will be available at the Health Fair and at the Office of Personnel Management (OPM) web site at http://www.opm.gov/insure/ when finalized for publication.

OPM's Guides to Federal Benefits provide information on Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB), Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP), and Flexible Spending Account Program (FSAFEDS), and are available here. Most federal civilians will review RI 70-1 and temporary employees will review RI 70-8. Open season will provide employees with the opportunity to: a) Enroll in a flexible spending account, b) Enroll in, change or cancel an existing enrollment in a dental or vision plan under the Federal Employees Dental and Vision Insurance Program (FEDVIP) and c) Enroll in, change or cancel an existing enrollment in a health plan under the Federal Employees Health Benefits Program (FEHB).

Employees may make open season enrollments, or changes at the Employee Benefits Information System (EBIS) web application via AFPC Secure.
