Police Week
Police week came to a close on Friday, May 15at Hill AFB, with a remembrance ceremony held at the 75th SFS building. Guest speaker, West Valley City Police Chief Lee Russo spoke about the important role that police provide in our communities and sacrifices that are made by the military in protecting our freedoms in a world of turmoil. A wreath laying along with a moment of silence and a beautiful rendition of Amazing Grace by Layton Christian Academy student Jaden Nandkeshwar brought a feeling of sorrow and comfort to those in attendance.
