The 75th Medical Group is now offering initial booster COVID (Pfizer only) and influenza vaccines to all active duty military members, civilian employees, contractors, dependents and retirees.
Vaccines will be available based upon supply. There are no vaccines available for the 5-11 age group. An appointment is required to receive your vaccine; no walk-ins will be allowed. To schedule your vaccine, https://informatics-stage.health.mil/COVAX. Use the same scheduler to cancel any scheduled appointment.
Vaccines will be given in the 75th Medical Group Immunizations clinic located at 7321 Balmer St., Bldg 570. If you have questions or issues regarding the scheduler please contact 801-777-5209 or 801-777-7934. If you have medical questions about the booster vaccine, please discuss with your provider.
If you have issues accessing the site on an AFNET computer, connect via home computer or smart phone. With a smart phone, the site only shows the schedule by day, not a month calendar, which requires a search by day.
