HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- Starting Nov. 10, Finance Customer Service located in building 430 will close every second Wednesday of the month for training purposes. Limited customer service will still be available, but for emergencies only.
New customer service hours:
• 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Friday
• Closed the second Wednesday of each month
Customer service inquires for can be submitted any time using the new Comptroller Services Portal, which is easily accessed by clicking the golden dollar sign located from your CAC-enabled computer desktop.
“Thank you for your patience and understanding as we make these necessary changes,” said Maj. Eric Parks, 75th Comptroller Squadron commander. “Our goal is to provide you with the best, most efficient customer service experience possible.”
