LAYTON, Utah -- Hill Air Force Base welcomed 41 Airmen into the senior non-commissioned officer ranks during the base’s 2019 Senior NCO Induction Ceremony Nov. 15 at the Davis Conference Center.
The ceremony is a long-standing tradition within the Air Force to recognize the achievement of reaching the rank of master sergeant.
Senior NCO responsibilities are different from those within the NCO tier. The inductees transition from being technical experts and first line supervisors to senior enlisted leaders with operational competence.
