Spotlight: Top 3 Superior Performer Published May 17, 2018 Hill AFB Top 3 Recently, Airman 1st Class Vincent Duller was voted as the Top 3’s Superior Performer winner. Duller is a Philippines native who grew up in San Francisco. He has been in the Air Force for nearly two years. He is part of the Emergency Management section in the 775th Civil Engineer Squadron, where he teaches CBRN survival skills and prepares Airmen for future wartime taskings and wing exercises. He enjoys his job and meeting the people that he teaches. In his spare time he enjoys playing basketball, hiking, and collecting shoes.
