Chief Master Sgt. Ryan P. Stocker is the Senior Enlisted Leader for the 309th Missile Maintenance Group and the Ogden Air Logistics Center Complex. In America’s Nuclear Depot, he leads 780+ depot maintenance civilians, military and contractor personnel to include four geographically separated units in support of America’s land based Intercontinental Ballistic Missile and Air Launched Cruise Missile Forces. Additionally, he supports Air Force Material Command as the missile maintenance MAJCOM Functional Manager.
Chief Stocker is from Allentown, Pennsylvania and entered the Air Force in August 2002. Chief has held various Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM) assignments and positions as a 2M0X2, to include Missile Maintenance Team Technician, Topsider Instructor, Missile Maintenance Team Chief and Quality Assurance. Chief Stocker has also served on Numbered Air Force staff twice. Additionally, Chief Stocker was assigned to the United States sole ICBM testing and evaluation unit where they conducted live-fire Minuteman III launches demonstrating mutually assured destruction while providing our partner nation’s nuclear umbrella security. Chief Stocker has also deployed in support of Operation INHERENT RESOLVE. Prior to his current position, the chief was the Senior Enlisted Leader of the 91st Maintenance Group, Minot Air Force Base, ND upholding 1/3rd of the nation’s land-based nuclear triad readiness.
