Here are the instructions for submitting a Visitor Authorization List:
Download and fill out a VAL Request Form.
- We request the VALs three duty days in advance to give time for processing (we can process them quicker as needed by exception).
- Background checks are conducted on all visitors.
- VALS can be submitted through our VCC Sharepoint or in person at the South Gate VCC
- The following info is required:
- Visitor’s full name as it appears on their Driver’s License (DL)
- DL number and state of issue
- Visitor’s DoB
- Visit info
- Sponsor info
- VCC clerks will:
- Complete the background check
- Print the VAL
- Post them at the gates
- Visitors will tell the entry controller what event they are here for
- Entry controller will check State or Federal issued ID against the visitor and the VAL, then grant entry
