The only Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) in Utah, the 75th Medical Group (MDG) serves a population of 70K beneficiaries in the region, with 17,500 enrollees at the MTF. The 75 MDG provides primary care and a limited range of specialty services for you and other military beneficiaries like you. Three clinics offer primary care services to military beneficiaries. They are the Airmen, Flight Medicine, and Family Medicine Clinics. The Airmen clinic provides comprehensive medical care to active duty, Reserve and Guard components of all branches of service.
Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment

The Alcohol and Drug Abuse Prevention and Treatment (ADAPT) program promotes readiness and health and wellness through the prevention and treatment of substance abuse. Active duty members and eligible beneficiaries receive substance abuse services as authorized through their selected health care option. Hill GS and NSPS employees are also eligible. Behavioral Health Optimization Program

The BHOP program offers confidential personalized assistance to TriCare beneficiaries experiencing anxiety, insomnia, depression, relationship problems, weight management, substance abuse, chronic pain or other life stressors . The BHOP program is located in Hill Clinic.
Family Advocacy Program

The goal of the Family Advocacy Program (FAP) is to build healthy AF families, free of child and partner abuse/neglect through prevention, identification, and treatment. Offers relationship enhancement programs and a variety of parenting programs.
Domestic Abuse Victim Advocate

Mental Health Clinic

The Mental Health Clinic provides outpatient behavioral health care to active duty military beneficiaries, to include counseling and medication services. The Occupational Medicine Services (OMS) clinic serves all Federal civilian employees on base; the medical staff evaluates, treats, and follows up with occupational injuries and illnesses, and addresses OSHA-related health standards on base.
