HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah --   Traffic on New Jersey Drive where it meets Wardleigh Road near the Roy Gate at Hill Air Force Base, Utah, will be diverted to a widened section of the northwest shoulder Oct. 17 through Nov. 17, 2022. The detour is so workers can construct and make the road connection for a new section of New Jersey Drive.
