HILL AIR FORCE BASE, Utah -- 2019 isn't over yet. Whether you resolve to lose weight, save money, or adopt a healthier lifestyle, New Year's resolutions can be hard to keep.

By Valentine's Day, most New Year's resolutions are a distant memory. It takes time and commitment to your plan for your resolution to become a habit.

Get started on a healthier 2019, by taking advantage of free services with Civilian Health Promotion Services.

Complete a wellness screening with CHPS to find out your current health status and attend health education classes to learn more about health risks, weight and stress management, healthy sleep, physical activity, nutrition, and more.

During February, participants who bring their current HRA Wellness Profile certificate when attending a wellness screening or class session with CHPS will receive a free travel fitness bag or a BMI measuring tape. Print an HRA certificate at AFMCwellness.com.
