Defense Logistics Agency Aviation Commander at Ogden Air Force Lt. Col. Christopher Carmichael, is pinned to the rank of Colonel by his son Raines and his daughter Maeve during a ceremony held at the Ogden Air Logistics Complex on Hill Air Force Base, Utah, Oct. 30, 2020. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, attendance for the ceremony was restricted to Carmichael’s immediate family, ceremony staff and key personnel.
