Gen. Mark Kelly takes command of ACC
Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Charles Q. Brown, Jr. returns a salute to Gen. Mark Kelly, commander of Air Combat Command, during a change of command ceremony at Joint Base Langley-Eustis, Va., Aug. 28, 2020.
