Associate of Applied Science in AF Leadership and Management Studies
The Air Force is showing it values its workforce by offering and expanding developmental opportunities. Participation in an associate degree program opens up additional educational opportunities such as, but not limited to, Bachelor's Degree and Air Command and Staff College.

Hill introduces leadership course for flight commanders
A newly-developed, three-day Flight Commander’s Course to educate and mentor up-and-coming leaders was held here March 6-9. Developed locally by wing, group and squadron leadership, the first-ever session was attended by veteran flight commanders from across base who were charged with evaluating and providing feedback about the training curriculum.

Hill civilians among Airman Leadership School graduates
Three federal civilian employees at Hill AFB joined the ranks of Air Force civil servants who graduated from Airman Leadership School. Sondria Linford, 533rd Commodities Maintenance Squadron, Kelvin Tifft, 526th Electronics Maintenance Squadron, and Heidi Wise, 309th Missile Maintenance Group, were among the recent class of unformed Airmen who graduated from ALS Sept. 14.
