Airmen start a 1.5-mile run during a fitness assessment test July 1, 2021, Hill Air Force Base, Utah. Airmen at Hill Air Force Base resumed physical fitness testing in July with only three components: push-ups, sit-ups and the 1.5-mile run. Several changes were made to the test to include increased push-up and sit-up scoring, five-year age groups and no waist measurement requirement. (U.S. Air Force photo by R. Nial Bradshaw)
