Editor's note: The “Team Hill Frontlines" series is a recurring feature that puts the spotlight on some of the civilian and military Airmen on the "frontlines" supporting our mission, people and families during the COVID-19 crisis.

Lindsay Strickland is an administrative assistance for Occupational Medicine Services in the 75th Medical Group. Her duties include scheduling appointments for seven clinical providers within OMS. She manages the clinic’s data systems, and coordinates and tracks medical evaluations, referrals and profiles. In addition, she is the Ogden Air Logistics Complex’s main point of contact for employee relations, family medical leave, voluntary leave, and other labor issues. Lindsay is from San Diego, California, and her hobbies include skiing, reading, gardening, painting and traveling. Her favorite thing to do is spend time at home with her children and pets.

Her experience working on the COVID-19 frontlines:

“I feel like my ‘new’ job primarily consists of now answering the telephone. While this was a piece of what I did prior to COVID-19, it was never to this extent. I essentially became the single point of contact for all civilian employees on the installation for COVID-19 screening. I also help divide the screenings among OMS providers for TeleMed appointments to determine patient COVID-19 testing, quarantine or isolation, and return to work recommendations.”

Lindsay, Team Hill thanks you for your service! We appreciate you!
